Postponement & Cancellation Policy

Postponement

If you postpone your reception with more than 9 months notice — please advise the change of date in writing as soon as possible. If you postpone with less than 9 months notice - an additional deposit is required to secure the new date. Please note that both deposits will be deducted from the final payment for the reception.

Cancellation

Your deposit will only be refunded if more than 9 months notice is given. We must receive written confirmation that you wish to cancel your booking. If less than 9 months notice is given, your deposit will only be refunded if the date can be re-booked
