• Picnic style event, using the lawn, downstairs bar and the main room above
• We plan to cover the feature races between 12 pm and 5 pm
• Free day to attend, with the bar open for you to buy drinks throughout the day
• Join with other members and guests and enjoy the day
• Booked outdoor tables can access the BBQ facilities to cook
• Tables inside would be best suited to a picnic lunch or platter set-up instead
• Bookings (via the Office only) are essential for tables both inside and out
• Please note that on the day moving around the complex is to be kept to a minimum
