Around 20 members travelled to the Royal Victorian Motor Yacht Club in Williamstown on Sunday 25th August.
The day was originally planned to take a cruise from Southbank but unfortunately, we were let down by the ferry company. It was decided to make our own way to Williamstown where we visited the RVMYC and we were welcomed by their members and enjoyed a lovely lunch at their clubhouse with views over Hobsons Bay towards the city.
After lunch, many went to explore the Williamstown area. This day was an opportunity to meet other members and make new friends.
All who attended had a great day. John Giuliano, Club Boating Director advised that the Boating Committee will run another trip to Williamstown next year.
