Almost 140 members and their families enjoyed a special Mother’s Day at BMYS together with up to 4 generations from some of the families celebrating.
Mums were greeted on arrival with a glass of champagne and a beautiful gift bag from Blue Illusion.
All enjoyed a beautiful three-course meal prepared by our chef Armin in the dining room which was attractively presented.
The afternoon featured a raffle with 12 great prizes and also a special gift to the oldest and youngest mother.
Thanks to Tracy Baksa who organised the day including the raffle prizes. Tracy was ably supported by other members of the Club’s Social Committee including Denise Mingone, Christine Turner, Lynn Hunt, Julie Ahearn and Noelyn Shoemaker.
Thanks also to Debbie Joiner and Ella Bache for the special donation and to Leanne Savage from Acalastem for the two gift-boxed prizes.
A great afternoon and luncheon were enjoyed by all.
