Awards Night at BMYS Wednesday, 24th February
The Club conducted a virtual Presentation Night and announced award winners for 2020 via Zoom following the Half-Year Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, 20th October.
With the easing of Covid restrictions, the Club was able to conduct a ‚Äòreal‚' Presentation Night for award winners at the Clubhouse on Wednesday 24th February 2021.
Congratulations to all the award winners and special thanks to Anthony and Armin and staff for hosting a wonderful night of celebration appreciated by all.
A major highlight was the award of Honorary Life Membership to Brian McNaughton. Brian has been an active member of the Club for just over 40 years and was Commodore during 2013-2016.
Congratulations to Brian on your many contributions to the Club and being recognised with this esteemed award. Brian was ably supported on the night by his son Cameron (and wife Deb), and daughter Steph.
The J.R. Kerr Trophy Club Championship was won by Tony Huxham. Congratulations Tony on a well-deserved award.
